im specificly looking at he-bo. first ability, 3 second cooldown. if i get to 30% cooldown is it gonna be 2.25 seconds ish? or still 3.?
then would 37% cooldown get to to 2 seconds?
i didnt have enuf favour to test it. thanks - totally not trolling

No...you'd take 30% off of 3 seconds. Basically that's a 2 second CD (2.1 to be exact).

On a low CD ability like that it's not such a big deal, but 30% CDR as an example means an ult is going to be ready every 63 seconds instead of a base 90. CDR is important especially for the longer CD abilities.

like bran said CD can go into fractions. normally characters with that low CD abilities tend to prioritize other stats or use the stat for other abilities

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
