Yes, with favor. You get bonus favor for first win of the day with every game mode and when you level up. You regularly get favor from every match based on your goodwill.
Don't buy gods with money, either use favor to unlock them through play or buy the all gods pack since 30$ for all gods and any future gods is WAY cheaper than buying them individually.
MOst gods sell for 5500 favor. you also have some that have a cheaper favor cost.
otherwise you will need to spend 200 gems (4$) each
or buy the god pack as zilby said(I recommend this over buying them with gems. you can better save them for skins or chest or vp)
