Pan!

I got these idea's from a mixture of wiki and DC comics lol

Basic Attack - Pan shoots poison darts from his flute which do 1% of Pan's total magical power over 3 sec

Charisma
Keybind: Passive
As Pan kills minions he will gain charisma over time. Each level of charisma will determine how many minor jungle camp minions or one major jungle camp minion he can recruit. Five levels in total.

Soothing Harp
Keybind: 1
Pan heals target friendly God or minion, by playing his harp for 80/140/200/260/320 health (+2.5% of pan's total magical power over time for 3 sec).
Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana
Cooldown: 8 sec

Recruit
Keybind: 2
Pan is able to recruit up to 4 minor jungle camp minions or 1 major jungle camp minion at level 5 to fight at his side. Each minor jungle camp minion shares 15% of Pan's health and armor.
Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 mana
Cooldown: 15 sec

Incite Panic
Keybind: 3
Pan shouts and causes fear to all enemy gods in the targeted radius for 3 seconds.
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 15 sec

Ability Theif
Keybind: 4
Pan steals a single non-ultimate ability that target enemy God used in the last 3 sec as his own.
Cost: 100/110/120/130/140 mana
Cooldown: 90 sec
Since there would be no mechanic to switch skills, you would be stuck with this skill all game.

Seems pretty cool, would like to see him.

I think that after about 10 seconds, the ability should revert to the ult, or when he dies it should revert back to the original ult.

The ulti should be you right click to steal a skill after you have one, but the skills will have to be off cool down to steal. As LOL and i think dota has a champion and hero like this, I think hi-rez can implement a god like this. Also what significance does charisma has. I think we should not go to stacking gods.
