Kind of hard to say but I have to go with Transcendence.
Why? because its one of the most underestimated items in the game. I rarely se some one use it put its really good on those AD carry's like Apollo,Neith and Xbalanque. That's because they are rally mana hungry but this item keeps that hunger at bay and that 2% to physical power gives you some nice extra oomph. And you don't need to buy MeditationMeditation or relay on Mana potions.
Frostburn hammer
I build it on everything as it is very versatile and the health it gives is great, as well as the slow to make gods such as Loki more sticky.
I'd probably go with Deathbringer, it gives you great critical chance but also when fully build it gives 50% additional critical damage, it also gives 50 physical damage over and above the awesome critical it gives!
