I'd them them to just generally improve the graphical quality of the ults.
that said, I think it would be cool if they changed a warriors ult to give them a legendary weapon. [I.E Sun wukong > Adamantite] that lasts for a small while but is buffed/powerful. It would promote more use of AA's and less focus on skills for some warriors.
Ao. Instead of a spirit. It's him turning into the dragon. And he will pop up at the end of the ulti. So not only a huge burst ulti but also an escape or possible chaser if your desperate.

I'd like them to do something cool with Kali, Like she turns into a big raging Demon, and her auto attacks are now ranged and shoot deathrays. Hell yeah!
