Thoughts, anyone? I was figuring it is pretty much a niche for the players who already know what they are doing and what they could do in basically the ultimate chess match with all the resources you need. The only reason I bring it up is that today is the first day I ever noticed it.

If you actually go into the game modes and scroll down, at the very bottom it says grab bag 2.0 and it says conquest, all random characters but you get 100,000 to spend. it's at the bottom of the normal tab that is, to the right of featured when you go into the queues

It's the MOTD (match of the day). It always changes. Another popular one is Omnipotence...then there's Omnipotence draft, Infinite Assault...I dunno all the different ones. They're not the standard modes.

Also sounds a lot of fun to go into late game conquest from the start. Only annoying if the random doesn't favour you.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions.
