Xba is one of the hero twins and not really a god. He did get immortalized as the moon (aka he is the moon and his brother is the sun). However Awilix is seen as the goddess of the moon (and night) which was actually worshiped with temples. Xba is a godo example of a mythical figure in the game like hercules.

on the avatar of Vishnu example. They are the same god. Still they both stand for something different.

on the ra khepri example it just depends where you look for the information. Some sources say he is an manifestation of ra others say he "works" with ra. However there is a difference between them when you look at other sources. Soem say he isn't only the god that has the responsibility of moving the sun accros it's path. He is also associated with rebirth (because of being a scarab).

If we would take your reasons why ra and khepri are the same god you can pick at least 1 more god to be Ra and that's Atum. Khepri is seen as the emerging sun, ra as the sun during the day and atum when the sun sets.

Calling Atum and ra the same is the worst thing you can do as Atum is seen as the first god in Egyptian mythology. However they do say ra absorbed many of Atum's powers.
