The speed regular Fatalis gives isn't as good as completely removing the movement speed penalty from attacking. Especially since you'll be moving at your normal speed, which is faster than a carry.

Not too mention the 10% speed from Fatalis aswell. Which means you could literally do circles around them, dodging their attacks.

Many times have I ran in on a Carry. Busted out ult. Did circles around, and ripped the carry apart, then jump out without a scratch.

It's ridiculous.

Hammer is weak, and requires a proc, no instant satisfaction. And in a game like this, assassins have to run in, f them up, and run out.

I find Hammer good on tankier roles, like Odin for instance. Odins not much for chasing and killing. But the extra lockdown sure does help his team insuring kills. health/power for his abilities never hurt either.

Hastened Fatalis seems essential for Assassins/carries that require more mobility. Non-loki types XD.

Someone might have mentioned this but Attack speed is key to Bakasura so Hastened Fatalis is gerat on him combined with Butcher Blades :)

Frostbound Hammer is also good lategame though to give your ults some nice slows for your team. But as someone said the stats are pretty poop :P
