Actives and Equipment synergy

Curious about some good actives and equipment combinations. If anyone has any I'd love to know.
I just got done with a match in Arena with Bellona before heading back to work and didn't notice a combination I had on
Enfeebling Curse + Midgardian Mail a slow combo
Every rime my friend plays Hades he uses
Hide of the Nemean Lion + Shield of the Underworld before ulting. A reflective combo for like 60% if I'm not wrong. Of course against AAs mostly.

I haven't seen a synergy thread but I'd love to see one with some open minded opinions. Not just defensive items and actives but just in general. There's so many items and passives I can't think straight.

I'm not quite sure if it counts as synergy, but here are some examples.

If you want to totally shut down healing
Divine Ruin (or Brawler's Beat Stick) + Weakening Curse
That gives a total of 105% healing reduction.
Meaning that if Hel doesn't have Rod of Asclepius, she can't heal at all.
Even if she has it, she can't only heal for 10% of her normal heals.

If you want a maximum burst for a mage (for example Vulcan ult)
Soul Reaver + Girdle of Inner Power before casting Earthshaker

A awesome synergy is Recall Demons + Heavenly Agility + Aegis Pendant. Immunity to damage, you're moving faster, and you're applying a AoE ult that hits for a lot if you can manage to stick to a target


I have more cheesy synergies but those are secrets :*

EDIT : Oh also Heavenly Agility + Rod of Asclepius will negate the Anti-healing combo Bullfrog mentioned

Shield of the Underworld + Retribution = maximum cheese. Just kill enemies with their own abilities with 90% damage reflection.

Chang'e 3 with Divine Ruin can also be AWESOME because its more constant than using Weakening Curse.

I feel like you know a lot of dirt..
