Quiting Smite For A while

So yeah, i'm quiting Smite for a while to get rid of my exam this July 28, so no gems for me this sunday (July 27, 2014). Same goes for my BFF Pwenta-chan. And to my beloved rival, Fwerrumslwash, i'm just quiting smite, that doesn't mean i'll be inactive on smitefire and remember i got my eye of terror watching on you. Devampi, sorry bout it, but i hope to see you again.

If things went well, i'll be playing "Dawn of war 2: Retribution" :DDD

The Top 5 Problems with Smite Players

Hello Stuke here again, I though of this list last night and though it needed to be addressed. When it comes to all games that exist there are some really good players in games and Smite is no exception. Good in teamwork, gameplay, and attitude, but then there are some that are the worst humanity makes and these issues can really break the flow of the game and ruin your experience in Smite. So I compiled a list of the Top 5 Problems with Smite Players I have seen or have experience in Smite and will list them in order from actions that're just obnoxious to the most hateful act in the game. So lets begin shall we.

#5: Autolocking & Waitlocking:
This is the most common issue with Smite players I see once in a while but it can really start to be a real bad thing when it happens. I have been associated with this site for past 5-6 months. Their is too much time wasted on unnecessary arguments that are good to listen to from a distance as a "drama" but have hardly any good content and vision. I once started a channel to communicate with Kelly. With help from various members and especially subzero008 we won a few points for this site. Due to my noobiness! and few errors and misunderstandings amongst members that channel got lost somewhere.

The fresh idea is like this: " Let's invite Kelly to have a 'Kelly's corner' on this site." The invitation shall be made through the editors and veterans , even mowen can become part of this and drive it through. There is no reason that Hirez would decline and show disinterest on this. It will help us in putting forward our opinions directly in front of hirez. All I wish for is to see number of members who login on this site at any point in time to go in 3 figures from the current figure of 15-30.

Almost one year recap: Wait what?

So, I've almost been on Smitefire for one year, and I want to look at what I've done.

Nothing!

That's the funniest part: I've been on here for a year but I've contributed almost nothing to the site. What's there to recap?

I've gotten 6 rep (not a lot),

I've made 5 guides, 2 are legit, 1 I archived, 1 is a comedy guide, and 1 nobody likes (Damn you Support Janus Haters)

200 something posts, I think.

.. How the hell do I only have 200 posts in a year?

Well, whatever. I've met a lot of cool people, and have made a total of 0 friends xD (But I could probably name a few people who hate me LOL)

So thanks for Smitefire, and I'm glad I've contributed... nothing. <3

You know, I do still have 11 days until my 1 year anniversary. I should try and contribute as MUCH as I can to the site in those 11 days. Be helpful, and actually contribute? Let's do it. See you guys on the other side :D

Balancing Discussion

So, yeah... I'm back from my vacation.

Anyhow...

The Balancing Discussion has come online, and we need as many people as we can. I don't want it to be just me and Sub and the occasional additional person. I want as many participants as possible.

More people = more ideas = better diversity & varied opinions = better balance.

We are still discussing the first god, which is Arachne. Though, there is a rumor she is getting a rework / buff. Nonetheless, we have started her, so we'll finish.

So I heard that flight MH-17 (i think that was the number) was shot down in Ukraine. Planes aren't allowed to fly there now.

Well I realised I will be stopping in Hong Kong tomorrow, and we'll be flying over Russia. Pretty close to the Ukrainian border (I really should search how to spel Ukraine).

So I'm pretty scared tbh.

The Ukraine plane crash is another example of how cheap life has become. Innocent People dying without any fault or conflict. Someone's kiddish mistake and hatred took 298 lifes. WTH
