Just rewatched the SWC last game, Splyce vs. Rival in case anyone hasn't watched.. Whats the general consensus on Frostbound Hammer on Mercury? It seems to me at first look like a good pick for some sustain and it turns his Made You Look into a small AoE slow that would make his chase even better..

Thing is, people can make a variety of builds work. There are absolutely some builds that shouldn't happen, but sometimes I think we lock ourselves into very limited build options and don't consider the possibility of others working.
