This is more of a build than a guide, even tho I will go over pros and cons and how I use it. First off this build is predicated on speed and movement, your enemies wont be able to hit you are escape you if you dodge right. Now I will give you some key points on how I use this build.
*Proc Aegis Shield right before initiation.
*As soon as you get in striking distance use your chain lightning.
*Start using your auto attack to paint every body with lightning.(Its so fast)
*Once you start Auto Attacking do not stop until it is time to leave if you do you will lose you hastened fatalis buff.
*Make sure you move right, left, dance around, and kite your enemy. If you stand still or move predictably you will get hit no matter how fast you are. remember you can Auto Attack while moving backwards due to hastened Fatalis.
*You have to know when to detonate your charges and never due it with less than three. (Without the obvious exception of the 2 health kill secure.)
*Save your ulti to stack with others or as a defensive escape tool.
Pros:
*Only costs 13,940 gold for full build.
*You have both physical and magical defense.
*You debuff the Enemies attack speed and physical power
*You have one of the fastest Auto Attacks in game with the 1-1-.5-.5 auto attack chain. You are a lightning machine gun.
*When you prock 2 you are faster than Chronos and when making contact with your auto attack there is no penalty to moment. Hard to hit and hard to escape.
*It kills quicker than you would think being so low on Magic Power.
Cons:
*Low magic power.
*Only %15 cooldown reduction.
*No Life Steal.
*No Polynomicon.(MP is low in this build so it really doesn't shine in this build. If you are jousting tho use this build and take out the magical or physical defensive item and trade it with Polynomicon.)
It plays a lot like Chronos speed builds but actually packs more punch and is just as fast. You might hit for less than a traditional Zeus build but will kill them in the same amount of time or less and will survive a lot easier. People can't escape you are catch you if you juke right and keep your Auto Attack buff going. I was averaging around 50k damage in regular arenas with this build so it does have the damage output for sure. This build is insanely fun give it a go and see what you think. Thank you and good luck in your future Smiting.

I'd also personally switch out Hastened Fatalis for Gem of Binding, as it will not only give you more magic power, but also benefit your teammates by making it easier to chase or escape from enemies, as well as making them easier to hit.
Both Demonic Grip and Telkhine's Ring are great for Zeus, but I would recommend switching their purchase order, as the thirty magical protection gained from TR is much more useful early game than it is by the time the enemy magi have two billion penetration.
The skill order has the right idea, but the numbers are incorrect; ultimate points are available at levels 5, 9, 13, 17, and 20, but you have your first point into Lightning Storm at level four. I'm not sure how that will affect the rest of the skills, but the priority it shows is spot on.
As for the guide (which I know you admitted to be less of a guide and more of a build), it's hard to read without any color or formatting. Just a little bit of color and BBCoding will greatly improve it.
To sum that up:
2. Skill priority is perfect, but there are a few errors in the sequence.
3. Needs just a little bit of color and formatting.
If you do ever intend to turn this into a real guide, I recommend reading both this and this.
