The one main item I would suggest to at least delay until late-game in your current build would be Pythagorem's Piece. Since you're already a god that provides healing, if you build this early and enemies pay attention, it's even more likely they'll build anti-heal. If you consider that secondary to the CDR and aura of power, okay, but I would probably suggest grabbing Lotus Sickle earlier. It's cheaper and the low protections it provides will be more useful early for your teammates. Then, if the enemy builds anti-heal nearer to the end of your build, maybe you choose a different item instead of Pythag's.
I also would generally suggest against Cloak of the Avatar as it can also be affected by anti-heal. If you really want it, you should go for the other upgrade, Cloak of Ascetic as the pulses provide a CDR effect.
You can change up the rest of your items in whichever order you prefer. Even though you've got a very clear purpose and function with this build, I do still recommend including situational items so you can adjust your build a bit to other needs. Items like Shogun's Kusari for your basic attackers, Spirit Robe to at least partially help with enemy CC, Stone of Binding, or Spectral Armor (to counter enemy crits) are all items to consider.
