Early Game

Early Game Sun Wukong Support:

Early game as Sun Wukong Support you're poking either the enemy ADC or Support, while also clearing the minion wave with your Magic Cudgel, there are chances to even get an early kill with poking the enemy ADC or Support if your ADC can follow up, which kinda mostly happens at level 2. Once hitting level 3 you are free to engage with the enemy ADC and perhaps even getting a kill.

Mid-Late Game

Mid-Late Game Sun Wukong:

Rotate, buy your full build, help your team win fights, attack objectives and all that.

Pros / Cons

Pros

- Good early damage poke
- Pretty tanky later early-mid game
- Good engage
- Your 72 Transformations and Masters Will provides you nice CC for your team and ADC
- Can make some early game kills for your ADC

Cons

- Falls off late game a bit
- Ultimate isn't really good for team fighting
- Hard to comeback once behind
- Abilities cost ABSURD amount of mana to use, especially the early game
- Passive is pretty much useless late game

Add void shield and a few other situational like Talisman Of Energy and Emperor’s armour

May I suggest a different build order with the items you've already listed?

Talaria Boots > Sovereignty > Genji's Guard > Gauntlet of Thebes > Spirit Robe > Mantle of Discord.

Pestilence is a counter item, I'd avoid recommending it on the example build.

You can also consider items like Blackthorn Hammer, Ancile and Runic Shield.

I'd level Master's Will last, since the slow is always the same. My skill order would be 72 Transformations > The Magic Cudgel > Master's Will, and the ult whenever possible.

I would suggest a different skill order:
  1. The Magic Cudgel first to help clear early waves and it's a safe poke that really hurts the enemy adc so, I don't see a better skill first.
  2. I would go with Master's Will, it's a safe damage, higher than the ox, easy to apply on the target and has a slow letting you hit 1 or 2 basic attacks too.
  3. 72 Transformations 'cause it's what left. Ox doesn't do as much damage as Master's Will and you usually use for knockup proposes only. I know tiger does more damage however you don't have any immunity in this form plus can be easily stopped by anything on your front (including minions). Also tiger is the hardest form to control.

About Somersault Cloud, I would upgrade it asap due the damage that can secure a easily a kill inside the enemy tower where the adc cannot enter to do so. Also this ulti usually is a really safe escape and can keep you alive, so upgrading it you lower its cooldown.

72 Tansformations should be prioritized before Master's Will because the Tiger stun increases with each level. Master's Will has the same slow across all ranks.
