That said, if the build had a better order and a couple different items, it would be functional. Frost isn't the way to go for her though...the idea to work with her passive and Runeforged is a good one, but she's got an AS steroid and should use crits, which means Poisoned Star if she wants some built in CC in her basics. The thought was good here, the execution was poor.

Hunter's Blessing, Warrior Tabi or Ninja Tabi, Devourer's Gauntlet, Poisoned Star, The Executioner, Deathbringer, Runeforged Hammer. Replace Tabi late with an item of your choice, including Wind, BF, Qin's, Ich, Asi, etc. Most of those items with AS will technically overcap your AS when your steroid is activated, but when it's down, it'll be stronger than no AS. Of those choices, Qin's actually gives you the best DPS against both squishies and tanks.

An alternate direction, delaying Poisoned (which isn't a very strong item right now) would be Hunter's Blessing, Warrior Tabi or Ninja Tabi, Devourer's Gauntlet, Rage, The Executioner, Deathbringer, Runeforged Hammer. Replace Tabi late with Poisoned Star to more easily confirm the Rune passive damage. This build has a better power curve in the mid-game (Rage > PS), and actually has higher DPS than the first build suggestion.
