You can replace spear to get rod earlier if you want depending on your playstyle if you want cooldown or a powerspike

☽˚⁀➷｡˚GEN-GEN TIPS
Heal your team on objectives!
♡ Switch stances (you should be constantly doing this anyways)
♡ Healing your tank can allow him to fully tank structures and jungle bosses while being healthy enough to still fight
♡ Use awareness when to cleanse properly time it because it does take a second to do it.
♡ You will miss your 1 dont stress!

❀ Hi! Hel mid is pretty difficult but very good if done well the build should help
you stay alive longer along with healing your team better AND GETTING THAT PENTA! ( ⓛ ω ⓛ *)
⁀➷Build explanations:
♡ "Angel Graham" Is the best build if you want early pressure and still have pressure late game during team fights!
♡ Depending on your playstile the reason BoT is in "Book build" is jsut because hel does dump mana fairly quick so the scaling on BoT can help but this is fairly situational.
♡ "Top healing" is pretty self explanatory if you want to do the most healing on your team just to keep them alive while doing good damage but becareful for enemy soul reavers as you will have alot of health from the items.
✩ "Situational" Is self explanatory if you need some anti heal or want to replace soul gem with rod or last grasp. Also the only reason I would see needing regrowth in mid is for extra survivability or the enemy team is heavily physical.
｡･:*:･ﾟ★ SMALL TIPS (MID)
♡ Hel is a character who has to be careful so try to ward as much as you can and dont dive too much just because she has no escape.
♡ Dont forget your passive! Hel gets protections from light stance
so try to use it when a you know a god is trying to poke you so you can mitigate some of the damage!
♡ You can use the shred protections on objectives and jungle bosses/camps so its easier to take down with your team.
Build order depends on the way you like to play I prefer cooldown but if you can totally go rod earlier
❀ Even after the nerfs to her healing she is able to still thrive in this role good
going!
⁀➷Build explanations:
♡ "NOW YOU WILL DIE" Is a build I use if I want to be a good frontline as hel if you dont have one and if you just want to scare squishies away with damage!
♡ "I WILL PROTECT YOU" This build is reccomended if you want max survivability with your healing and mitigation from spirit robe while maxing out protections + SPAM HEALS WITH CDR! (✪㉨✪)
✩ "Situational" Is self explanatory if you need some anti heal/anti crit or want some extra survivability from regrowth I recommend replacing lotus sickle or gladiators with it.
｡･:*:･ﾟ★ SMALL TIPS (SUPPORT)
♡ You are support ward!
♡ Hel is a good support due to her large heals cleanse and being able to still hit a lel' bit SO KEEP HEALING OUT THERE!!!
♡ If you are contemplating protecters/lonos DONT! Hel is only good because she has that early damage even in support why reduc it!
❀ Nerfs to self heal hit her hard in healing so playing solo hel is very good late game its full okay if you cant win early game you provide more in team fights anyways.
⁀➷Build explanations:
♡ "VALHALLA" This build is very good at healing while doing good damage to your openent play it right and you will win the lane while being tanky enough to tank objectives and structures.
✩ "Situational" Is self explanatory if you need some anti heal and extra healing or more pen (you will need some)
｡･:*:･ﾟ★ SMALL TIPS (SOLO)
♡ If you are going against a oppenent with good chase down guan/vam or someone who you know you will be super aggro at start get regrowth first item just to outrun them! (if mage start heartward)
♡ Secure XP buff/totem just to have that pressure and dont just let the enemy get your blue buff!
♡ Use your protection shreds on XP BUFF/TOTEM to have a better chance to get it/quickly clear it befor your oppenent tries.
♡ Lastly play safe the jungler will think he can gank you but thats not the case be smart!

Looking at the builds, just a couple of comments.
MID:
- I might consider dropping BoT and just grabbing Doom early. Between Doom's and Sands' MP5 you should be fairly good on mana, and you'll get more utility early from Doom.
- I saw what you wrote up on Soul Gem, but don't know if I'd go with that item despite your points on it. I'd probably consider something more like
Soul Reaver.
- Tahuti is currently picked up earlier in builds recently as far as I know. You might consider grabbing sooner, maybe after Deso if you get Doom Orb first as mentioned previously.
- Final items for consideration can include Asclep, Last Gasp, Divine Ruin, etc.
SUPP:- I like the general build progression, though I don't know that I'd personally go with
Gladiator's Shield or 
Soul Gem. I feel you'll get better function out of Asclep, Spirit Robe and others like you sort of have in your 2nd build.
- I would also consider
Breastplate of Regrowth as situational at least. And there should be some situational counter-building options, like 
Spectral Armor.
No specific comment on the Solo build, as I'm not a solo person.I do need to make the situational options my badd I made this in a rush for fun and I will organize some of the ToC
But about the mid build if you want to drop BoT and get Soul reaver instead it I recommend
Sands>Doom orb<Spear of deso<Rod of tahuti<Soul reaver<Soul gem
(the reason I get rod a little late game is because I like the cooldown reduction on spear so I can heal more its just my playstyle but I think your build idea is better)
