Hey Drinks,

I would say yes in this particular case. Some reasons:
  • Ra already has some healing in his kit. Not that more health is a bad thing, but between his healing and that he doesn't have a lot of things that will get a lot of continuous hits in, he'll probably get less out of lifesteal than others.

  • Between the 3 CDR items this Panda chooses, this gets his high damage ult down to a crazy 30 second CD. Without Chronos' Pendant, it's at 40 seconds, which is still very short, but maxing his CDR is just such a nice thing. Also, when he spams his abilities, he gets enhanced move speed from Speed of Light, and since he doesn't have an escape, being able to give himself a consistent move speed boost (when needed) is also very nice.
That's it for my comments based on your specific question. I still think Rod of Tahuti is a good item for him (would probably sub for Soul Reaver). I personally would sub out Bancroft's Talon on him and get Rod of Asclepius instead (partially for the enhanced healing but honestly more for the MS).

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
