Healing Potion instead of 
Multi Potion.
if you feel like the matchup has good early game damage (first five min), you can run Healing Potion instead of Multi Potion.

Reinforced Shoes are fine, but the early game mana/CDR from 
Shoes of Focus helps a lot.
Sovereignty for 
Pestilence, (i end up doing this every game).
Mantle of Discord is a good item to finish with.
Ethereal Staff also works, though i prefer the tankiness to stay on the front line longer.
Stone of Gaia and 
Shogun's Kusari for a more alternative papa. Reinforced Shoes are fine, but the early game mana/CDR from Shoes of Focus helps a lot.
if you need anti-heal, swap Sovereignty for Pestilence, (i end up doing this every game).
the item you sell boots for is honestly up to you.

in all seriousness, the 3 does more damage so it makes perfect sense to level first. i just love his stun so much.

Magic Shell before 
Blink Rune. you want to build blink basically every game to help initiate engagements.
Belt of Frenzy as my second relic to help take objectives.
Shield of Thorns works nicely as a second relic. make sure to prioritize upgrading shield of thorns if you decide to run it.
