Just my personal build I use for Nem in Arena in my personal build order. I've had a ton of success with it and have a ton of fun with it.

Your build lacks penetration items. The only pen item you have ( Stone Cutting Sword) is built too late to have an impact.

If you're going for a more AA based build, consider items like The Executioner and Qin's Sais.
If going for a more ability based build, consider The Crusher and Jotunn's Wrath.

Also, if you want to skip boots, you can build Stone Cutting Sword earlier in the build. With SCS and Hastened Katana you'll have 20% MS.

Yeah I know it does. I mostly use my ult for that problem though. Majority of the time I don't have an issue with tanky people, since I really only use this build in Arena. It's more of one I use to get in and stay in a fight and stick on people.

I'd also add that in ability based builds Titan's Bane is great.

Oh, absolutely. I think Titan's Bane should be built whenever tanks are a problem, both in AA and Ability based builds.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
