Laning Phase

When laning it is important to have a partner with heavy CC so you do not necessarily have to be partnered with a ymir, instead some interesting match ups are Sobek, Guan Yu, or even an Artemis. The reasoning for it is so that when using your celestial beam with the cc you are able to double or even triple tick your damage on them providing aggressive poke. the most key ability in Ra's arsenal has to be his solar blessing. Solar blessing powered along side bancrofts talon allows Ra to place his blessing in front of minion waves slightly in between the enemy wave and the front of your wave allowing you to tank damage but the live steal helps mitigate some of that damage plus on top of the healing being received per tick grants you, well immunity to these little minions and the larger ones as well. this will give you excellent push and perfect sustain as long as you are able to preserve mana and even steal or take the mana buff located on either lane. Ra is most useful in left lane being closest to the mana buff.

Initiating on enemies

The best way I have come about initiating is chasing through with a solar blessing placed around the designated fighting area, applying your divine light to prevent escape then having your partner with cc also apply his movement impairing abilities then open with celestial beam while they try to run to proc double ticks then finishing with the ultimate laser beam known as searing pain

Pros / Cons

Pros:

    High Sustain
    High Mobility
    Devastating Damage

Cons:
    Mana Sustainability
Hardly any escape aside from slow
    Screwed if stunned

why celestial boots u dont need the speed
boots of the magi would be better against a heavy defence team u would need more penetration and you could take reinforced boots if u want the added defence

Well, if it was his opinion to down vote it. Technically he still gave it three stars as a base. You should keep up the work! If it's an attempt, and you're trying so very hard then continue if you have to.

Why is it people think that if they throw up a build and a paragraph or two it's a guide. Dude add some context, why your build is the way it is, and some serious thought processing on what it means.

Downvoted.
