Why do you level the 1 first? Just started playing her and was wondering why not the 2

This is done as her 1 waveclears better. you can hit both the melee and archer minions with it and has higher damage if hit fully. With her 2 you need to pick one. On top of that you lose the biggest CC abiltiy you have, which has also a longer CD.

and if you don't max your waveclear your opponent in mid lane will outclear you and have more pressure

I'm still due to update builds for the Mid Season Patch LOL

But now I'll wait for 7.0 to update anything. I still have to update Nike's guide (the most important one) and Bastet's build (since she's getting a rework).

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
