Sands of Time it is a really good starter for pushing waves in early game with an ability damage based build like this one!
Gem will evolve into
Book of Thoth.
Purification Beads will save you during early game giving CC immunity during 2 seconds.

Pendulum of Ages It’s the ultimate cooldown and mana sustain item for ability-based builds. It converts your maximum mana into a ton of extra Intelligence, and the passive grants you even more stats based on your missing mana, keeping your damage output high even in long, drawn-out teamfights.
Book of Thoth iserfect for scaling your late-game damage. It grants a massive mana pool and converts it into raw Intelligence, making your abilities hit like an absolute truck once fully stacked. This fits perfectly with
Chronos passive who makes him the ultimate power scaling god.
Spear of Desolation is great for aggressive mages looking to snowball. It provides flat penetration and power, plus a passive that reduces your active cooldowns on kills or assists to easily clean up teamfights.
Nimble Ring is always a great bridge item for this time of ADC. It delivers a smooth blend of intelligence and attack speed, boosting your basic attacks during mid-game transitions before you finish your major items.
Rod of Tahuti is one of the greatest intelligence items, the passive scales with the intelligence you have got in the build so it will also fit perfectly!
Obsidian Shard a great choice for last item when most of the gods will be more tanky so the penetration will enhance your possibility of killing them.
Blinking Abyss's kinda broken because apart of providing strength or intelligence depeding which one you have the most, enhaced your other item stats and will help you a lot in surviving during late game fights!

Phantom Shell should be bought if their set up doesn't have gods with much CC's and they have walls in their kits like
Ymir or
Cabrakan.
Aegis of Acceleration it is a really good option because it has low CD. You should always buy it in the games where the enemy gods don't have much CC's or in the case they have many burst skills.

Hey, this guide is brought to you by TottiGR! I started playing Smite on PC in February 2014. I have been playing competitive since 2016 and I have been a professional Smite player between March 2020 to July 2023. I have played in different teams like JustF6, Gilded Gladiators or Tartarus Titans this last year in the Smite Pro League (You can always check the SmiteVod Youtube Channel where there's my professional games recorded). I have peaked 3500 MMR GrandMaster/Masters in Ranked Conquest on PC platform every season since 2017 (SEASON 4). I also made Smite Masters (LAN) 4 times in 2022 so I really think I have the knowledge in guiding about the ADC role in SMITEGAME. I hope you find this guide as a useful learning resource for playing
Chronos as an ADC.

Passive -
This passive helps |
|
Ability 1 -
You will always have some CD reduction items if you do the skill damage based build that will decrease even more the CD's of this skill so it is always good to know and play around this skill! |
|
Ability 2 -
This ability is one of the most, if not the most, important ability of this god, as it steadily provides a boost to his movement and attack speed, you will also have to play around it. There is also a second mechanic that ties directly into his Wheel of Time. Depending on when you activate this skill, you can also obtain an extra bonus. The first section gives you heals in proportion to your maximun health. The second section makes you have infinite mana lasting a small period of time. The third one increases your Intelligence, doing way more damage by using abilities and finally, the fourth section provides your AA extra damage based the Intelligence you have. If you are choosing an Attack Speed build you should always look for the forth section, but if you are using an Intelligence build based in skills you should always look for the third! |
|
Ability 3 -
It is basically a skillshot that This skill has two ticks, the initial one when the enemy first gets hit, and a subsequent one once they get stunned. You should always look to use this skill when fighting against the enemy ADC to force them to use their !NEVER FOR PUSHING! |
|
Ultimate -
You are always immune to CC's while casting the skill but you can also get killed during the cast. It also makes the enemy curse you out each time you use it, on account of how annoying it is to lose out on a kill. |
Time Rift >
Accelerate (Section 3 or 4) > Auto Attack >
Stop Time > Basic Attack >
Time Rift > Basic Attack
Repeat again (you will have low CDs so you won't have any problem about repeating the same combo twice) or you can just use
Rewind to comeback to the first step with all the CDs reset.
Accelerate (section 3 or 4) >
Stop Time > Basic Attack >
Time Rift > Basic Attack
Play with your low CDs and keep doing the same combo over the time, just try to poke as much as possible because in order to master this god, you need to adapt yourself to the poking playstyle!
