Good ADC build. I know you list Hastened Ring as an alternative to Telkhines Ring, but it can also be a fantastic alternative (to replace lategame) to Shoes of the Magi, as with three magical rings and no boots in your build you will still have slightly more movement speed than with just having boots, not to mention the extra attack speed and the useful passive from the magical ring that replaces Shoes of the Magi. Since you lose the flat 10 pen from boots, instead of Chronos' Pendant, you could opt to get Spear of Desolation instead.

An example of what I mean as a build would be: Warlock's Staff, Shoes of the Magi, Demonic Grip, Bancroft's Talon, Hastened Ring, Telkhines Ring

Once you have enough gold to sell boots the build will be: Warlock's Staff, Chronos' Pendant/ Spear of Desolation, Demonic Grip, Bancroft's Talon, Hastened Ring, Telkhines Ring.
