Better build: Ninja Tabi > Devourer's Gauntlet or Bloodforge > Rage > The Executioner > Wind Demon > Poisoned Star. Sell boots lategame for speed elixir and Titan's Bane.

You listed both Devos and Bloodforge, just list one or the other. Listing both will confuse a newer player and they might think to get both

Where's your pen? This build has some major flaws, the biggest being the lack of penetration items. As such I cannot recommend this build to anyone and downvoted it. And before I see arguments about how pen isn't needed, I present this match as evidence. Yes the Cernunnos went 8/1/10, but not only were they in a 5-man team against 5 solo queuing players, but out of the 93,761 total physical damage they dealt, only 18,937 of that was applied, which is rather low. It's also fairly obvious that the enemy team didn't know how to build or counter-build, so I'm not surprised the Cern's team won. The match went on long enough that the Cern should have done at least 5k, if not 10k, more damage.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
