Crusher's a bit too late. Build needs more % pen. Silver should probably slot into the Crusher location to provide more pen. Otherwise, you'd do the more common thing and build Crusher early, as it's more effective at that time due to its flat pen.

Fail is an interesting item and it's technically fine if you're spamming abilities. That said, if you switch Crusher too early, and you build Silver or another higher % pen item, you need a slot free. Of these, you might consider dropping either Bloodforge or Atalanta's Bow. If you prefer Leather Cowl as your starter, it already has some lifesteal, and both BF and Ata have it as well. You really don't need 3 items with lifesteal...building all 3 and getting hit with any anti-heal drops the effectiveness of multiple items. I would suggest dropping one of them and get your % pen. I'd choose dropping BF to keep your final build's % crit chance high.
