This is my first guide so take anything said here with a grain of salt as I am nowhere near profesional level here.
Also a quick guide for terms I'll be using:
AA = Auto Attack
GF = Gold Furry
FG = Fire Giant
Pen = Penetration(Physical for this guide)
D/T = Damage over time
CC = Crowd Control
Please enjoy this guide and give me some feedback on anything you think should be changed.
Pros
High single target damage
Very fast
Fantastic wave clear
Very easy jungling in mid-late game
Tower Melter 2013
Cons
One of the squishiest gods in the game
Mana hungry to rival Sobek
No runaways
Screwed if targeted by many gods or one AoE god
All and all this is a god that needs some practice before just picking him up and playing. Also stay away from Freya. After she has he ult you can do nothing to her.
Warriors Tabi Warrior Tabi - You'd want to grab this for the movement speed, attack speed, and pen. it gives.
Trancendence Trancendencesize=40 - Ah Muzen Cab is a very mana hungry god, so getting this early game is almost a neccessity. It could be substituted with Meditation if you'd like, but this item's passive, which converts 3% of your max mana to physical power, combined with the quick stacks you get from Ah Muzen melting gods is too good to pass up.
Qin's Sais Qin's Sais - Life steal. Life steal. Life steal. On a god as squishy as Ahmuzen you can't help but get something with lifesteal. This can be replaced with any other lifesteal item really, but I'm a fan of Qin's Sais for their passive. Which causes you to do more damage the less health an enemy god has.
Rage+Deathbringer
- Other than Death Bringer being a staple on any ADC
Hastened Fatalis
- Attack speed and the passive is great for chasing as it removes the speed debuff of AAs if they land.
Titans Bane
- Simply put, ALL THE PEN.
Focused Void Blade Focused Void Blade - Pen. and some physical protection to boot.
Frost Bound Hammer Frostbound Hammer - A good bit of extra damage and health. Great for ganking as it slows enemies hit by your AAs.
Bees! Bees! - The passive. Doing 10 damage per tick plus 15% of your phyiscal power. This really only has two uses, engaging and kill securing. It spreads from minions, to other minions, to Gods, to other Gods. It lasts for 3 seconds.
Hive Hive - Gives you a healing, speed, and attack speed buff. Heals you for 12 +3% of your physical power. Increases your movement speed 40% at max level and you attack speed by 50% at top level.
Your main use for this will be an infrastucture to be used to help you get away from any and all attacks. So long as the enemy doesn't have CC or a good chase, that generally means you're dead. You'll want to set these down along lanes and through the jungle so that you can get to and from places quickly. Keep in mind you can only have 8 hives.
Swarm Swarm - Your standard Carry/Hunter nuke. At max power it does 280 +80% of your physical power And applies Bees!
You'll want to use this early game for quick lane clearage as it'll, as afore mentioned, be a nuke and apply Bees! for last hitting.
Honey Honey - This is a very unqiue ability. You paint it on the ground where're you point it's casting circle, allowing for creative and very useful placement to slow enemies or minions. It does 60 +20% of your phsyical power per tick and slows for 30% at max level. Bees from nearby Hives or Swarms(friendly obviously) will cover the honey and inflict bees onto any who get near it.
This and hive as a couple are your main minion wave and jungle clear. It lasts long enough to kill the entirety of a minion wave and most of a jungle camp. It's very useful for engaging as it slows your enemy giving you time to land a few AAs and hopefully kill them.
Stinger Stinger - Your other standard nuke. A straight up skill shot that rivals Ra for difficulty of hitting in my opinion. At max level it does 595 +100% of your physical power to enemies and cripples them for three seconds. Now this is his third fairly unique ability as after three seconds, or if the god dies, your stinger drops out of them and can be picked up dropping it's cooldown by 80%.
You'll want to mainly use this in either ganking situations, team fights where there aren't many minions, and for chasing. You could also find some use for it in a straight up 1v1/1v2 fight, but it's fairly unreliable with a delayed casting, shorter range, and very narrow window of landing.
To start your laning you're going to want to help take a mid camp, then have your jungle drop a blue buff for you. This should give you enough level and sustain to stay in lane for a good while. You'll want to use your swarm for fast clearing right off the back, and use your hives to set up a trail to run away with or push with. Or both. You never want to be caught in a gank with no hives, so try to keep one by your tower so they can't be easily destroyed. Remember they die in one AA.
After you've bought your honey use that and a close by bee hive to clear minion waves, and hopefully inflict you D/T. If you do manage to inflict D/T with your Hive/Honey and feel confident, then go ahead and try and kill the enemy with your Swarm and AAs. Clear a few minion waves like this and then go back to finish your Transendence. Now you can go full ham. After building stacks of course.
Starting building your Rage immediately after finishing your Tabis. Get your jungler to drop Speed buff if they don't need it and use the combined power of the two to push a tower, get a kill or two, and feed yourself. Now go back to base and buy some wards. Ward GF and FG, ward your jungle entrance if solo and if mid ward both. Get your Purification Beads and put on your big boy pants. It's time to gank.
Hit whichever lane appears to need help the most first. Start by slapping a hive down just inside of the jungle entrance, then throw out some honey to kill the enemy minions and infect the enemy god. Next rush in and AA them as much as you can before the infect runs out,then throw your Swarm at them and continue. If they aren't dead yet or you're taking a beating then throw your Stinger at them, and turn tail and either turn tail and run if you're losing or keep fighting if you're not. If you kill them be sure to pick up your stinger, it's nice only having to wait twenty seconds to use your ult again. Continue this process till every lane has taken a tower, or two if you're good, and you have full Rage. Then it is time to put on the big boy hat.
This is where Ah Muzen Cab truly shines. You'll want to start your roaming by killing the GF and ganking mid lane. Be sure to have a teammate with you in the gank or one that has CC in the lane so you can gank more effectively. You'll want to lead off by throwing a Hive just inside of the fog of war in the jungle entrance closest to the enemy god, wait for them to try and pass through that area and throw your Honey down all over them, then start laying into them with as many AAs as you can, once their infection runs its course then Swarm them and AA again. If they start running lay down as many Hives in front of you as you can and use their buff to chase them down and ult them.
After this gank go and grab speed buff. Using Speed grab a team mate and hunt down any people who're alone and wait for a team fight. Once a team fight happens use your Hive and Honey combo to slow and hurt the enemies, throw a swarm, then leave. This is your chance to back door. Ah Muzen is the king of backdooring as he absolutely melts towers. So push as many as you can, then back and work on your build. Keep doing this. And remember, your job isn't to kill everyone. Your job is to push towers first, support your team second, and kill third. So don't feel bad if you go negative because you're likely to have most the tower kill and a lot of assists.

But has a good amount of detail. I'll upvote.
Can you also have stuff for against specific gods, and specific maps?
You could stand to add a bit more information,* and some BBCoding** would be nice (especially in the Items section), but overall it's concise and informative.
*I think a section specifically oriented towards explaining when and how to use each of his skills would not only be an excellent addition, but honestly a requirement.
**Great example would be turning Deathbringer into either:
This can be done by using the codes
Footnotes longer than the actual post? **** it, lol...
