Ymir's passive, Frostbite, makes his basic attacks do double damage to enemies he affects with his damaging abilities. With Polynomicon, that means he has the potential to do over 150% of his magical power as damage with one basic attack! That's the same scaling as Shards of Ice, his ultimate, but instead of a 90-70 second cooldown, it's a 3 second cooldown. I know, I'm overhyping this. But you can't argue the fact that this works in most casual games. In fact, I dare say this is on par with Cabroken! If you don't now what that is, click here. I uploaded it for reference.
