early crit is pretty weak and this is the best noticable on the artemis passive. if she crits early game she crits for 70-80 damage. This isn't as big as just getting some other items first like most ADCs that build crit do (they normally have crit somewhere at the end). So I would recommend placing some of the other items more upfront as later int he game you will have some more power which makes building crit give you a bigger powerspike.
Howeer like I said in the first sentence I consider the whole build bad too. As nowadays you want a more defensive item in there. And another thing is that you are missing a big pen item ( Titan's Bane or The Executioner as this will make you melt tankier targets better.
You choice of actives is really meh. Mainly because you consider meditation as a must have. However meditation is still a weak active except in assault. You mostly use it for the mana. If you can't manage your mana you will need to learn to do that (which isn't really hard as baka). if you gotta pick meditation it gotta be picked on a support or another god in the team that has a lot of Hp as it scales of the owners HP and well an assassin doesnt have a lot HP.
So I don't know for which game mode or role the build is, however for jungling your skill ordering is really bad (it's bad for every gamemode and role to a certain extend as you have spread lvls to much (lvl 10 is normally the first maxed ability)
You started out with a lvl 1 jump. The only reason to do this is if you need to get away real quick for some reason. And for clearing the camps it isn't really as helpful. as Eat Minion because eat minion is pretty much a buff secure and you can start stacking your ult immediately.
After that you put a lot of points into eat minion which only provides a better heal and protections and no damage. Making your early clearing speed worse then if you would start maxing your butcher's blade first. This is because butcher's gives you more power passively (and well the free power of most T3 items like Rage or Titan's Bane. and the true damage also helps you clear camps a lot quicker. Yes it costs more mana however after a while you have enough damage to just use normal basic attacks to clear the camps.
I'm sad to see no explainations of why to take x item/playstyle of the build. Or why you lvl like you do. For me this quickly ends up in a downvote. Especcially if the build is for a certain different playstyle that you normally dont see on the god
