Aphrodite Mega Heals! <3 (Joust)

Chronos' Pendant is fine, but Soul Reaver is an absolutely awful choice, no offense. She only has damage in 2 of her 4 abilities, so she won't get as many procs as other gods that have 3 or 4 damaging abilities. If you were really going for more damage, you should have chosen Spear of the Magus for the ticks it provides from her Love Birds...but that's still not suggested in this case.

You're obviously focusing on support via heals for the most part. Because those heals scale off of power, Rod of Tahuti isn't the worst choice. You're otherwise not building ANY pen, so you really shouldn't focus on the damage things like Reaver, which will be less effective because you have no pen. You do realize that you're not doing the stated Reaver passive damage with your build, right? It's going to be significantly less due to inherent and built protections on enemies.

Lotus Crown is a choice I always say is situational at best. In a Joust situation, maybe it's a bit better since there are only 3 people on each team, but since she can only apply Lotus to herself and one other at a time, it's not really as good on her as it is on AOE heal gods like Ra or Hel, or even Terra or Sylvanus for that matter.
