Personally I think the way Pentargonite showed is genius (at least it is perfect for me), so I will be using that from now on. Thanks a lot mate! :D

First just take the skill and then you just move the the , one number for 10% so 60=6,0 and then you take half that for 5% so 3 and you get 9 sec total. Which gives you 51 sec CD (60x0,85=51).

If I where to do 15x15 I would have to use a calculator and then I could just as well do 15x0,15=2,25 or 15x0,85=12,75 :P

But I'm not good with numbers without using pen and paper.


You need to memorize your 1-20 multiplication tables. Then you can do just about anything up to 100,000 in your head with ease. :D It's not too hard. You can do it!
