The weird eye is the old icon for eye of retaliation which i think is not in the game anymore.
It was the physical version of bancrofts talon but instead gave lifetsteal instead of power.

Yeah, we had this weird issue before where every time an item was edited it's icon would be changed to Eye of Retalation. It was supposed to have been fixed but if it keeps happening that's probably what it is.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
