NEW CLASSIC GOD

Morgan Le Fay
  • General
    - Ranged Basic Attacks
    - Damage Type: Magical
    - Scaling Type: Intelligence Scaling
  • Passive: Empowered Blade
    - Damaging enemy gods with abilities Marks them and activates a shared Symbol on your sword, providing Mana Regen. After gaining all 5 Symbols you become empowered temporarily, causing your Cooldowns to be decreased and providing Intelligence and Mana Regen. Additionally you gain 1 stack of permanent Intelligence and bonus healing towards Consuming Power.

  • Ability 1: Sigil Mastery
    - Summon a crashing sword, imbued by your chosen sigil, dealing Magical Damage before exploding dealing Magical Damage.
    - Mark of Mind, Fear enemy gods away from the center of the sigil
    - Mark of Body, create a Slowing field
    - Mark of Soul, spawn a clone at the enemy god location
    -- During the targeting of this ability, you can choose which sigil to imbue.
    -- Clones last 4s, inherit 30% of your Health and 75% of your Attack damage.

  • Ability 2: Dragonflight
    - Summon a dragon that deals Magical Damage and Knocks Up enemies. The dragon then flies forward, dealing Magical Damage and Knocking Back enemies hit.
    - Applies Mark of Spirit to enemy gods hit

  • Ability 3: Shroud of Wildfire
    - Send out Wildfire that explodes at max range or when it hits an enemy god, dealing Magical Damage in a small area and afflicts enemies with a Debuff.
    - Enemies debuffed take Magical Damage.
    - Enemy gods debuffed explode for Magical Damage when hit by your Attacks.
    - If an enemy uses a Movement ability while debuffed, they take Magical Damage and the debuff is removed.
    - Using this ability increases your Movement Speed for a short duration
    - Your Attacks extend the debuff on enemies
    - Applies Mark of Matter to enemy gods hit
    -- Burn does damage every 1s for 4s and can be extended 1s per Attack, up to an additional 4s.

  • Ultimate Ability: Consuming Power
    - Consume Marks from enemy gods dealing Magical Damage and empowering you. For a short duration, fire out 3 strikes of dark energy dealing Magical Damage and Healing you.
    - The center of the final strike deals bonus damage based on the enemy's Max Health.
    - You are CC Immune during this ability.
    -- Unique Marks consumed increase the width of the energy projectiles.
    -- Stacks of Empowered Blade provide bonus Healing.
    -- You ignore all movement penalties for the duration.

  • Aspect releasing February 27th
    - Aspect of the Cursed Crown
    -- Your Basic Attacks are now melee. You gain Wrath over time and when you deal damage. Consuming Power has two levels that can be used at 40 and 80 Wrath. Sigil Mastery fires all 3 Sigils simultaneously. Shroud of Wildfire Attack explosions deal a percentage of your Max Health as damage.

Divine Legacy Skins
  • We are elevating the Divine Legacy skins out of the 'Classic' category to better reflect their prestige. These skins aren't just direct ports; they are badges of honor for SMITE 1 veterans. By reclassifying them, we ensure that their in-game value and rarity are properly recognized as distinct from standard Classic content.
  • However, we also believe that content shouldn't be permanently locked behind Limited walls. We’ve heard from many new SMITE 2 players who want to share in this legacy. To answer that call, we will be making these skins available for purchase in the coming weeks. They will be offered at a premium price point—one that allows new players to access these skins while respecting the rarity and commitment of the veterans who earned them originally.

QUALITY OF LIFE


Multiqueue
  • Multiqueue will now allow players to select which modes they specifically want to queue for. Modes that are allowed for Multiqueue are:
    - Conquest
    - Arena
    - Joust
    - Assault

  • To improve matchmaking quality, we are optimizing the queue list for specific regions. This change consolidates the player base into active queues to minimize wait times and ensure matches start reliably.
    - NA/EU : All queues are visible. No queue is marked as recommended.
    - Latam S: Removed Assault. Multiqueue is marked as recommended.
    - OCE: Removed Assault/Arena. Multiqueue is marked as recommended.
    - Japan/Latam N: Removed all queues except Multiqueue. Multiqueue is marked as recommended.
Updated God Screen
  • Reflects Physical or Magical Damage
  • New option to use small icons instead of portraits
Added buttons to the out-of-game Escape Menu to link you to Support and to Report a Bug
  • We noticed some players saying they were having problems finding out how to get support and report bugs, so we wanted to make it easier to do so
  • Also, we are trying to make our support site easier to use. We’re not all the way there yet, but we wanted to say we are aware and working on it.
  • You need to click the chat icon in the bottom right of the screen to start a conversation with an agent. We are trying to have that start opened so it’s easier to notice, but in the short term we added the bright yellow notification at the top of the screen.
  • The agent will try to troubleshoot your problems. Please give it a chance, because it really can help address the vast majority of tickets.
  • If you reach a deadend, you can open a ticket via the chat.
  • Keep in mind: We will contact you about your ticket VIA EMAIL, usually within 48 hours. A lot of people are angry that they “never get a reply” but they don’t check their emails.
  • Our support process isn’t perfect, but hopefully these steps are in the right direction to make the process easier to understand.

  • Fixed an issue where being Banished, Feared, Mesmerized, Polymorphed, Displaced, or Taunted wouldn’t cause your ability icons to X out and make the “Can’t Activate” sound.

  • Assault
    - Meditation no longer canceled by hard CC

  • Bug Fixes
    - Fixed Titan minimap icons not accurately reflecting their health
    - Fixed a case where teleporting out of base would instantly transport players to their destination
    - Fixed an issue where Titan could leash if its target was sent through a Janus portal
    - Fixed several spots on the Conquest map boundary where Mordred could get stuck while in his ultimate

  • Jungle Practice
    - Essential Item store is now disabled in Jungle Practice (was causing issues with abilities)
    - Fixed Toggle Aspect causing disconnects in customs
    - Fixed the DPS Totem not spawning on map load
    - Fixed the NPC cycler prompt showing the next NPC instead of the current
    - Fixed the nearby Fountain not enabled by default

ITEM ADJUSTMENTS

  • General
    - Adaptive Items will now try to utilize the scaling tag of the god when choosing between Strength or Intelligence if both are perfectly equal.
    -- If a god is tagged as “Hybrid Scaling” it will default to Strength, which is the current behavior.
    -- If a god is tagged as “Intelligence Scaling” but has built Strength, it will choose Strength once it is higher than Intelligence.

  • Death Metal (Rework)
    - No longer grants a buff to nearby allies.
    - No longer grants self Attack Speed.
    - Now sets Intelligence to 0 and provides 66% of lost Intelligence as Strength for the buff duration.
    - Increased Critical Strike Chance: 15% -> 20%

  • Bracer Of The Abyss (Buff)
    - Increased Intelligence: 45 -> 60

  • Brawler's Beat Stick (Nerf)
