I don't quite understand what you mean by that. In my opinion an army of Spartans thrown out from his pockets would be awesome, and more like Bakasura than Wukong.
I can see where they were coming from with the shield and the chains but he should really have a spear not a sword it is his symbol after all along with the bronze shield. I don't mind much that he is a magical damage character because I believe with the greek heroes they will probably be focusing on magical damage it doesn't make much sense with him but it just seems they trying to set out this game so that certain religions focus on certain aspects of items.
-His ultimate is a let down, I hoped to see him summon a wave of spartans that will fight for him, which is what I thought would happen when they showed the warriors (spartans) worshiping him at the beginning.
By "wave of spartans" do you mean "wave of minions"? That wouldn't really do much end- (or even mid-)game; most gods can handle minions with a single ability and maybe a few autoattacks. A wave of minions as an ult would be disappointing to me.

It turns out beads cancel out the pull AND stun depending on how long it takes for the player to use them. Now i see whole teams with beads just laughing as they run free, so i joined the club and use my beads on ares ult and shake my head in shame at believing that ares would be the first op tank god to be released

Yeah thats what I thought I was seeing as well and it makes no sense to me as that chain is not a form of CC. I hope they fix that as there is no reason it should work like that.
