Pretty onspot list I would just switch around some assassins and add in vamana in viable warriors. My take on assassins would be:

Assassins

Top tier: Thor, Serqet
Viable: Nemesis, Loki, Mercury, Hun Batz, Arachne
<<<everyone else
Usually not Viable: nobody

Arachne completely pubstomps if you have a significant amount of skill advantage over a player or team but at high level competitive play she's not as great. In casuals she's definitely top tier. Still viable though solo/jungle.
