Waxing moon deals decent damage AND if I am not mistaken can stun you for 5s if you land it in a hades ulti or ares full pull.
Anywho I lowered the stun duration , lowered mana costs.
I want this hero to have mana problems if she spams.
I want to force the player to not spam stuns early on as this would make kills early very easy with so many disables.
My idea behind high mana costs was to force the player to decide what abilities they will use instead of just spamming everything.
Middle - Late game she can spam though as the mage side of her starts picking up.
Also, the thing about huge, teamfight-shifting ults like Ares/Hades are, there are multiple ways to counter them other than beads. Those ults have high cooldowns, can be avoided with beads or aegis and/or a leap, depending on the leaper. Yours happens instantly with beads as the only counter, and has a really short cooldown.
