Interesting idea, but I think it wouldn't be bought. It cripples, not slows, and doesn't provide any direct damage stats - power or attack speed - which leaves the (usually assassin) who would buy this item lacking damage heavily. It IS interesting to note that this would be available for everyone, however.
On a separate note, I remember when you first joined you had like, SO many item ideas you kept posting. What reinvigorated your strive for them?
I'd rather see a branch of Bancroft's that replaces lifesteal with movement speed. Of course, the original Bancroft's would never be purchased again, but I don't care. They owe me for nerfing the movement speed on boots all those months ago.

I don't think mages can get crit items. I should probably fix that.
This is really supposed to be a specialist item for countering specific gods rather than an item that can stand alone. Like an anti-Fenrir or Agni. Or Mercury, now that I think about it.
And about my item ideas: Well, I always had these ideas, but after a series of bad games a few months back, I felt depressed and stopped playing Smite for a while. I recaptured my interest by starting to make guides, and that kept me busy until now.

Oops, the resemblance to Bancroft's Talon was completely unintentional. My bad.
However, a passive that would increase movement speed as health drops sounds interesting.
