Who seriously Uses the Winged Wand?

It seems terrible. Winged Wand gives some HP, Mana, and speed, along with the slow negation. But A. Speed isn't very useful in SMITE, at least in additions of 10% and B. You are using gold on an item that won't help you deal more damage, while your opponent probably is working on his diabolical Rod + Book of Thoth or something. And it still doesn't help gods who need an escape, such as Anubis or Artemis.

Any suggestions?

Don't buy it.That's my suggestion.

If it gave magical power, then it would be a decent buy on Ra or Chronos. But as it is right now.... Don't buy it.

Actually, the wand boosts movement speed by another 10% if a slow is negated.

The Winged Wand is kind of like another Fatalis in the sense that both items are designed to make you move faster. The big difference is that while the Fatalis is designed for chasing, the wand is meant for escaping.

Problem is, it's difficult to make an item designed for escaping balanced, items like that will either end up being overpowered because the users never die and always make it back to safety, or in the case of Winged Wand, useless because the stats don't contribute enough.

The wand would be a more useful item if it gave another stat.

But I have used it but I can say 99.99999% of the time I will never touch it.

The only time I used it was if I need to get past a slow like hebo's river in the jungle

I only touched it on my super-movement-speed-poseidon-build.

But really, I think Fatalis is somehow more useful than Winged Wang.

ya fatalis is way more useful on gods like baka who already have steroids and can just buy more attack speed.

While it can be considered redundant for her, one can also argue that it's useful to amplify her mobility. Sure, it's by no means a core item for her (or anyone), but if there's room in the build, it can be useful and fun.
