Hi!
I have this **** PC for the moment and i need help to get the best FPS on it xD

-Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5200 2.50GHz
-2GB RAM
-AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR3

I am playing with 30 - 20 FPS xD

Turn down all the settings and the resolution? Idk what you can do beyond that. (Also make sure your game is running on your graphics card).

There was also this thing I heard. (maybe only on Windows computers but im not a computer genuis)

You go to Task Manager then go to details, find Smite and make it a high priority. Dont know if it worked or not, hard to tell actually.

he got it right though it's possible to do that on windows

Also try a game booster they reduce background programs to give you a better FPS

Get a clean fresh copy of Windows, probably win 7 and switch the theme to windows classic to save some VRAM, set smite to minimum, like 800x600, all minimum and good luck.
