Introduction To Ra, The Sun God

"Time for your daily does of Vitamin D-struction!"

Ra, The Embodiment of The Sun

Ra, the God of The Sun. His power is Isis'. Isis cleverly poisoned him buy summoning a serpent at his feet. When he walked on it, the serpent bit him with it's poisonous bite. Isis told Ra, that if he told her his True Name, she would heal him. He denied it at first, you see, knowing the True Names of people who know anything about the Egyptian Gods would give you amazing power over them. Controlling them in a sense. As the pain from the poisonous bite increased, Ra was forced to tell Isis his True Name. Besides Isis, no one else knows his name (seriously, I checked for over an hour). Isis stayed true to her word and healed Ra, knowing that he had already sacrificed enough for a couple millennia.

The Pros and Cons.

Item Choices

Warlock's Sash Warlock's Sash The reason I rush this is because of the amount of HP it gives, when you are sitting in solo with this item, even without stacks, you are still stupidly tanky. And when you're done stacking it, it gives you 600 HP! That's a lot for a mage at around 10 minutes.

Nothing much until finished, but give credit to the bbcoding blue guide by tormented turnip where you got the templates. No pen, Minimal CDR, and why stacking as fifth item? Ra good for double stay by of good wave clear, but maybe better build is Sash, Focus shoes, book, staff, Tahuti, chronos pendant. This gives max CDR, good hp still, and good dmg. Ra doesn't scale well with power, only his ult. you might want to consider swapping staff for gem of iso for slow on ticks of heal and also extra slow on blind during ganks. Will wait for full review though.

I don't know if your example build is your normally used build but you shouldn't take stacking items after the 3rd item because you won't get them stacked fast enough for the tf phase (also you won't be much around lanes unless split pushing)

Also does it lack CDR (I don't count boots cdr as it's a small bonus), and defence

Also in situationals I miss the Stone of Gaia. with the warlocks in mind gaia will give you better hp regen so you can save your heal sometimes (also is it more superior then bulwark because bulwark costs more and the passive isn't that much unless Loki combo but another after soem other attacks your still dead (a 50% damage block for 1s isn't much))

I can't say more about it until you finish it

It's a good start! And I've done that too so no worries :) Will wait for finished product to give a full/proper review. Also, good use of BBCoding so far
