Notes the last item can be whatever you feel like you need. i normally go hydra but you could grab serrated edge or hertseeker.
You can sell your boots and buy an elixir of speed and grab wind demon if you want extra crit!
but any of the items listed after Malice is a good choice.

Saw a similar build in arena an the guy died 17 times to his 6 kills.

Arena is a bit different than Joust, but I don't think crit is a good focus for Tsukuyomi. He looks like he's more ability focused, so items like The Crusher and Heartseeker seem like better choices. I would also swap Asi out with Serrated Edge and drop The Executioner, plus all of the crit items except for Malice. And the Joust jungle isn't all that large, so I'd swap out Assassin's Blessing with either Combat Boots or Attacker's Blessing for the extra power and pen.

thanks for the tip, im still pretty new to this game and i play it casually and this is the build i came up with. i mean it worked for me in 4/5 matches that ive played today so i thought id put it up

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
