Is there enough defense in this build? It looks to me as if you're too squishy to be very effective at diving the back line.

Speedy Tyr works but it isn't like Herc where you can rely on your heal. Cad Shield is nice but Regrowth just isn't necessary for speedy Tyr. Also you only have 65 of each prot on top of you base prots which is nowhere near enough.

This build gives you more than enough utility and movement speed with a helluvalot more prots. If you need antiheal swap for

Speed Tyr should be built something like this:
