So just to mention off the start I didn't make this Guide till WELL after I had exceeded rank 10 with Cabrakan.
so this particular build is to make Cabra so Tanky strong that he can get ulted on by all 5 enemy players and still walk away with more than half health, this is not meant to dish power, your meant to be an unstoppable force.
so ive came to you today with HP5&MP5+ cool-down reduction this is our focus and here is why.
Cabra has an semi ok cool-down time as it is, but to be able to throw that wall up every 25seconds is a NIGHTMARE for the enemy, the HP5 and MP5 regen is for Cabra Ground pound, whats better then having a never ending ground pound how about not being able to be killed while pounding the ground.
Cabras Weakness here is knowing when to Stop pounding the ground or a Stun while pounding. so plan for this use his wall to isolate 1 enemy from the rest so you don't get attacked on while dishing the little damage you do but your key is holding the enemy so your team can make there move and finish off them off your support tank your goal is ASSISTing your Team, don't Kill steal but the occasional accidents do happen.
also in this intro im going to go ahead and cover the Skill build
get your starting 3 abilities and afterwards ONLY focus the ground pound till its maxed then you can work the other 1 and 2 the ult you will upgrade as soon as your available to "why not" but 1&2 are your power moves and stun and that STUN(1) hurts, the Area(2) though is strong for clearing out those pesky minions and thats it for skill building i would push the stun and max it out after the Ground pound cause>
<Heres what your combo should look like> [your gonna initiate with {relic}Teleport into a (1)Stun, following up with a (4)Wall if you have it, this will keep your enemy from escaping ensuring you get those few extra hits with your (3)GroundPound as the pound slows them from escaping the wall blocks off there main Runaway your teammates jump in at this time with everything they got HOPEFULLY more stuns, then just as your Enemy escapes your Range, Cancel your Ground pound and hitt`m with your Passively powered up (2)the clap move. {this gains power from the ground pound} this move has a chance to stun at this time youll make your Grace full escape and watch your cooldown timers. this happens fairly quick so repetition is Key here] and thats your combo>
now im going to cover the item builds in Chapters
so you load into the game most the time you got between 1500 - 1800 Gold
ive honestly dont really care for any other relic with Cabraken except for Sprint but the Teleport here is your initiating Move seeing the big guy move from Point A to B ALWAYS sets off the opponent and this is a Must for those early kills/assists.
Build Low Tier Boots (300gold), and ALSO to get a Early start on What your building build the Defensive Cloak here, the Cloak sets you up for a Fork in the Road on Chapter 2.
ok so at this time your gonna want to know your enemy Do they have stuns and CC(Crowd Control) you dont want your Cabra to be stunned while Ground pounding.
So if you can get it Early enough the Magis Blessing Cloak this has a unique Passive that every 70s you can absorb 1 root or hard stun, though the Defensive attributes can be pretty low for this item its still an early game and thats why its built 1st
next upon returning to base we have to finish those boots dont forget and dont put them off they are needed
you can also go with the stronger cloak and get your Tanky going with the Mantle of Discord similar to the other cloak you Do get CC immunity when the Passive Procs at 30%hp releasing a shock wave stunning local enemies for 1s if you allow your self to get to -30% use this opportunity to RUN!! its still early in the game they dont have penetration yet
this Charm is MEANT for Cabrakan i mean seriously it looks just like his shields.
this item is where you get all your regen from it should be smooth sailing once this is obtained and the Health Regen oh god.
this item alone allows Cabrakan Sustainability while under pressure by the enemy
this Chapter was short But VERY important to this build
ok you should have about 4 or 5 items now if you got both cloaks, at this time your enemies build should be clear inquire on what there building AttackDamage(AD) or MagicDamage/AbilityPower(AP). this is a Must to winning. if theres more AD on the enemy go with the Breast plate of Valor, with no passive this item has the Cooldown your looking for and a Strong Physical protection while boosting your mana, the other item is VERY similar in stats except if the enemy has more MagicDamage(AP) build the Genjis Guard this is for your Mgic resistance it also has a nice cool down Passive that can proc every 30s reducing your cool down times on all abilities even more
your focus is Resistance and Cool Down with your Cooldown reduction being your main priority
i dont even know how to describe the beauty of this item it works with you in EVERY WAY,
you got your 10% cool down reduction and a never ending passive that Procs every 5 seconds with Cabras Ground and pound AOE this makes the ground pound never end. you just dont stop Regenerating under pressure
this item is a MUST in the unstoppable
so your almost built out, or you Are built out at this time. but the game is still going and you Must get stronger, heres some options and recommendations.
1. youve got TONS of health now and you can keep your health high and full so you can put some power behind your hits now with Ethreal Staff. theres no Cooldown here and you werent ever focusing power to begin with so why start now. but this does give a good amount of health and Mana for you to regen
2. Spirit Robe, this item is worth the purchase i mean you already got like what 1 or 2 cloaks on lets get another, giving you good amounts of both magic and physical protection here, along with a great passive that can proc when hit with a hard CC your all around resistance is increased 15%. and it comes equipped with Cool down reduction
3. i can go through an say why you should get these but really read the passive and pick what works best against the enemy and remember your focus is Cooldown

I highly doubt you have Cabroken lvl 10 and not realize that this build doesn't work lol. Sure, you might be "unkillable" but you're practically useless if you don't dish out a little damage against the enemy.
The max CDR you can have is 40%, and you have 75%. It didnt look like you realized it so ima just assume you did not know in the first place. But since this guide is all about CDR, you need some major changes to the build to prove effective.
Also overcapping on ANYTHING isnt a good idea, cause thats a waste of a stat that couldve been replace by something else. Like
