How to use ability's

Zephyr: late game this does big dmg so use your slipstream to get in range and blast enemies.

Slipstream: use this as a get away most of the time but if you have both relics you can use it like mentioned in the zephyr

Whirlwind: this is main clear ability so use it for clear when not team fighting. In team fights when people are grouped or cc'ed to ensure you hit it.

Spirit of the Nine Winds: use this similar to whirlwind wait for cc or team fighting and grouped up for an assured hit

Situational use of abilitys

Someone up close attacks you: Uses your slipstream to run and place a whirlwind on your self then if you feel like you have some distance try hit a zephyr to slow them. if you get them low enough with the slow then use ult if you have it up to burst them down, if this is down fast it is very fast. lol lol lol lol lol lol

I don't even use boots. Slipstream and elixir of speed is enough. Also, I recommend switching. Abilities 9 and 10. Getting whirlwind finished a level earlier can indeed change games. Whirlwind is so much easier to hit than the ult, plus that extra damage makes it easier for everyone.Rod of Tahuti does more combined damage than half of those secondary items.

Slipstream =/ Not getting boots. Boots are cheap, cost effective, and boots + Slipstream means you can actually outrun enemies.

Granted, arena is probably the least worst mode to skip boots and do this speed pot strat.

Kriega's point wasn't about early CDR. It was about movement speed, which is a core and crucial stat.

You need the movement speed to get to lane faster, dodge enemies more efficiently, and chase enemies down.

Your account is still fairly low, and so the level of competition is likely not that high. As you get to tougher competition, you'll start having issues with a build that lacks core components.
