Questionably viable Horus jungle???

You know you kan make multiple builds in one guide? Also starts here - Eye Of The Jungle is useful but due to my practice Manikin Scepter helps to clear camps faster. Eye of the jungle gives you +30% to damage but it still less than burning enemies, when Horus have less ability to increase its damage. You can always put basic attacks to proc manikin burn and stack it 4 times very fast, + gust also counts as a basic attack that proc manikin for all enemies. Eye better only in very early game because it can kill small harpy unlike manikin that needs one extra hit, but after some point of game you'll get enough damage to deal with small harpy via only one Updraft. Manikin will aslo help you to deal with Greater scorpion because with only 2 ability you will mostly use your basics where burn ticks deal more damage that +30% to your base damage. And also in next patch manikin will be even stronger because of 5% scaling and better sustain

Pridwen in jungle is so wierd, there is better opinion for defence, like caduceus shield You build it for CDR? But for offensive builds you not always have to build 40%, 30% enough with red potion. You also forgot about Hydra's Lament and +10% cdr, Transcendence can also give +10% cdr.
