This is my first guide so please tell me any improvements.
I like warrior tabi because it gives you a bit of penetration but also because of if you are running away from someone and your out of mana you get a bit more of movment speed (if thay don't have boots). and nieth is mana hungery until transcendence is bought.
devourer's gloves is good because of the power and the life steal. once your done with the creep kills you'll never need more life steal. it is also helpful if your low on health you can walk into the jungle and get back to almost full health late game.
I love this item because it adds up with the minion kills from devourer's gloves. it helps with power and gives the mana you need to stop being mana hungery. its a good item for power and mana to help with the power portion of this build.
I like this item to help with 3 things. I like it because of its a little nudge in the power direction. its also helps in a bit in attack speed. but mostly its helpful against tanks it gives extra damage per lost health.
this is super helpful in crit chance and power. its realy helpful in crit it is great.
this is the top item in the build because of the 50% more crit damage. it is also helpful in the little crit boost. the most part the damage is realy helpful

Very inflexible. For instance, can you really expect to use to exact same build game after game? What if your *** is being kicked by an enemy Mercury?

You do a poor job explaining why to use those items and when. Try to give specific example for Neith. For instance say:
Something like that.

None.
Guiding/Gameplay
None. You also fail to give the playstyle.
Details
None. Looks ugly too.
Summary
This guide is just an item build. And a poor one, at that. You need to add stuff, and your guide needs an aesthetic rework as well. See the bit up there, with the image? That's BBC coding, and you can ask me or someone else for help in that regard.
Also, see the parts where it says "None?" You need to fill in those blanks.
