Born to innocence, forced to fight, destined to be a hero, the child-god, Nezha, defends those that cannot defend themselves, especially against tyrant Gods.
For three and a half years, Nezha's mother carried him in her womb. During this time, the Dragon Gods, led by Ao Kuang, terrorized the people, sending floods and storms, and demanding not just food, but child sacrifices to feast upon as well.
Into this world was Nezha born, a full grown boy with laughter in his eyes, trained by the immortal sage Taiyi Zhenren, who gave him the powerful Universe Ring and Armillary Sash. Youthful and carefree, Nezha was also headstrong, often arguing with his father what was right and wrong.
But youth does not last forever, and Nezha's life changed defending two friends against a captain of Ao Kuang's army. Insulted, the Dragon God commanded his third son, Ao Bing, to defeat the boy, but in the end, Nehza slew his opponent. Furious with grief, Ao Kuang demanded Nezha's father make reparations for the offense committed by his son, or he would send floods and storms to ravage the land. Nezha, humbly, sacrificed himself to appease the Dragon God, but evil Ao Kuang sent storms anyway.
Taiyi Zhenren worked his wisdom, and from the petals of a Lotus plant, Nezha was reborn. The immortal sage gave him new weapons -- the Fire Tipped Spear and Wind Fire Wheels -- weapons to challenge even the Dragon God and defeat him once and for all.
Time has passed since Ao Kuang's ruin, but the winds of war are rising and new Gods of Tyranny challenge the safety of the defenseless. Once again, Nezha will set aside his youth and stand against the tide, for not even death can stop him.

Child of the Lotus (Passive)
When Ne Zha dies, his indomitable spirit is reborn from a Lotus at his location, healing nearby allies every second while increasing their protections. Ne Zhas basic attacks also utilize a four swing chain, with the final attack in the chain dealing damage to all enemies in front of him.
Heal per Tick: 10% of Ne Zhas Maximum Health.
Protections: 30.
Duration: 6s.
Universe Ring Toss (Skill 1)
Ne Zha throws the Universe Ring where it bounces to nearby enemies. Each hit deals damage, applies a stacking physical protection debuff for 3s and slows the enemy for 1s. Each successful hit also applies a stacking movement speed buff to Ne Zha for 2s.
Damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+15% of your physical power)..
Bounces: 5/6/7/8/9.
Protections Debuff: 10 per stack.
Slow: 25%.
Movement Speed: 4% per stack.
Cost: 50/55/60/65/70.
Cooldown: 12s.
Flaming Spear (Skill 2)
Ne Zha empowers himself with fighting spirit, igniting his spear for increased Attack Speed and Critical Strike Chance for a short duration. Attack Speed: 15/25/35/45/55%. Critical Strike Chance: 15%. Duration: 6s. Cost: 55/90/65/70/75. Cooldown: 18s.
Armillary Sash (Skill 3)
Ne Zha throws out his Armillary Sash hitting the first enemy god in its path. The target is stunned as Ne Zha yanks himself toward the target, dealing a powerful blow to all enemies in the area when he arrives.
Damage: 70/100/130/160/190 (+150% of your physical power).
Stun: 1s.
Cost: 75.
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14s.
Wind Fire Wheels (Skill 4/ Ultimate)
Ne Zha dashes forward. If he hits an enemy god, he knocks it skyward for 4s, unleashing a combo (successful clicks during the combo allows some hits to be critical strikes), then smashing back to Earth, dealing additional damage to enemies in the radius as he flips back to his starting location.
Damage per Hit: 30/50/70/90/110 (+30% of your physical power).
Damage (Landing): 60/100/140/180/220.

But keep working on builds, write something about why you build the way you do. That way we can get a better idea of the thoughts behind it, and how the playstyle is etc. :)
I think the skill order is wrong, too.
Honestly, his 3 is a good ability, but since the stun is a fixed length, you could probably get away with only 1 level in it and be happy. His #1, ring toss, is huge. The number of bounces increases by level, and like the monkey, you can bounce it between two gods It does insane damage. Max it out early, and you can jungle faster than most other gods out there.
I think the skill order for your 3 primary skills should be 1 >> 3 >> 2, taking points in your Ult whenever possible. Max out the ring toss for poke-damage, lane clearing, and jungling. Initiate an attack with your #3 for the stun and to close the gap. Use your 2 to burn them down. Then as they run away, chase, catch up, and finish with your Ult. (I could see the benefit of even going 1 >> 2 >> 3, depending on your playstyle. I find steroid abilities hard to judge when to use them and when to save them, so I personally would wait till later to stack it. Plus, because of the huge attack speed bonus, you could use it to replace buying attack speed items like Rage.)
ALso, since your Ult has 3 free crit hits in it, plus your 2 ability increases your crit chance, i don't think you need to waste money on Rage. Get crit damage. That means getting Death Bringer as early as is humanly possible. 3rd item if farmed? 4th item at the latest? You'll get the crits, so stacking the damage will be a big benefit.
Thank you!

frostbound hammer can be replaced with creeping curse so you dont waste some damage.
Rage is wasted on him as well because the stats are subpar, with the passive being nice but his crit chance is already so high adding more chance means that rage will be reset like 1-2 hits anyway.
titans bane i would pick up last, and deathbringer should be picked up way earlier because it works with your ultimate so freaking well.
also that "goddess" might give you some "surprises" under those lovely clothes.
Pro build yeah...
Love guys who post a build for a God one day old.
You will always be welcome friend!
