Starters

Notes Warrior's Axe provides some protections and some extra damage with it's passive that can be applied with both AA or skills on a single target

Bluestone Pendant it's a little more of a reckless option that can only be applied though skills on multiple targets at the same time

Warding Sigil more of a defensive option which grants some extra protections and a little bit of sustain

These are all warrior type builds, there's a lot of variants off full damage builds and full tank builds, a warrior it's a mixed style between the two of them and these should be the best options on my opinion

Any item that doesn't provide any cdr or ccr are replaceable, like Heartseeker or Stone of Binding for example

Some advice for mana problems: on the early game, try to not spam your Grapple too much, instead use Cross Strike and Spear Thrust for charging their passives
Building Mystical Earrings helps a lot too and if you want it's possible to upgrade it on Manticore's Spikes which is a really good offensive/defensive item too, but other items like Genji's Guard or Breastplate of Valor should fix this problem on the long run

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
