U go bumba dagger, t2 boots, back complete boots then go jotunn into rage into malice into db, while purchasing db u should be hitting lvl 20 sell the jotunn for bumba hammer whilst continuing your build no problem, then u buy both serrated and hydra, the order is subject to change is the enemy team more squishy then hydra is better for more dmg if they are more tanky then serrated is the go, for relics u want blink for your 1 intitiations and beads their order matters as well to how much cc the enemy has, and is your team the one having early pressure are u the initiator early game these questions decide if u want blink or beads first
U wanna put points in your ult whenever you can, only level your 3 to lvl 3 then max your 1 then 3 then 2

The whole idea behind this build is the infinite 0 cd on your 1 allowing u to aa cancel crits with 30% pen and some movement speed becoming a fearsome menace in the late game, this has one counter tho which is the spectral armor but that doesnt kill the 0 cd idea u can still kill a target with how much weaves u have even if they pick up spectral its just harder and needs you to play it better, so u start a normal jungle start into jotunn which is the best item on loki in the early game with early pen helping his high base dmg on the 3 and cdr which he really needs for having the invis as much as possible and for spamming the ults to burn the beads on the enemy team is how u should be playing loki early mid game, u then transition into rage that hurts your power spike, u want to be only an ult spammer at this point burn beads or full combo ult someone with no beads as your combo wont kill anyonen without ult unless you got lucky with rng crits, u then go malice to achieve the 0 cd mechanic as fast as possible into selling jotunn for bumba hammer, at this point u wont be hitting that hard but u have the 0 cd thingy u can spam 1 2 3 1 should get you any carry on the map with playing the cards right without having to ult, u then go db not for the passive but for the extra crit chance to make sure u are getting that mechanic going on, dont get me wrong the db passive is great but a serrated or hydra here would have dished out more dmg, but we just want the extra crit chance, we then go hydra or serrated depending on the enemy team items and comp, are they tanky or squishy? What are the targets am usually going on? Do they have alot of prots or not? Are they always next to the support with sentinel embrace giving them tons of prots or not? These are all the questions that lead you to picking either of these items first then u sell boots for the other one anyway, the relic pickups are beads no need to explain that and blink ( yes blink ), i have tried alot of aegis pickups they do sound more logical but are bad, they make u cocky going out of position that u have aegis, whilst going blink will make you more aware of your surrounding and believe it blink can get you out of situations aegis cant, but as for the main reason why the blink pickup, on higher level of play the teams tend to group really well, your 1 laugh is really loud they know when u are going in and that u are invis for only 4 sec they can run back and your invis might run out before u are the right spot or worse right infront of them out of your range but in their range, however with blink u have the perfect surprise unlike any other blink, loki blink is more like a teleport, and if u master it u can always get a 1 aa of behind you with a nice blink, mastering the blink play will make you a much better player, so in the late game u want to blink a carry 1 them 3 if they escape ult as then 2 aa if they stay in place then just 2 and box them, its your decoy your playground they cant play in your circle tricky boy.

The explanation of the build just hurts my eyes, as it's one huge block of grey.
