After the hp and protection buff most mages seemed weak like my friends old chang'e build now hits around 300-400 on jungles, adc, and other mages. this build late game can make her hit harder than ever i was using it a lot yesterday and i was hitting 600-1000 with her 1 and 3 hel hit harder then she probably ever has, and makes Aphrodite ridiculously fast and somewhat viable for conquest
so far this build is the best I have found, and it works on most mages I have tried. so far me and my friends have only tested it in conquest, but I hope to try it in other modes really soon.
