Gave me 610 Physical Power. You 1 shot most people, get Jotunns Wrath instead of Arondight or Malice if you need Pen, or feel crits arent doing anything.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. And if we're going for semantics, this was called "full power," not "full penetration" or "max damage" XD
That being said, you may also want to clarify the game mode and the build order (building boots, etc.).
